Well, again I explain more things about dissociated diet . Many have told me that you need some guidelines to follow . Then I put a planing , but everyone has their way of life , and that is extremely important when considering the meals.

For example, if I get up at 7 in the morning and I know I will not stop all day , I eat two or three slices of bread with oil and soy milk drink . Or I get a nice bowl of soy milk and oatmeal. What I 'm saying is that if you have to burn , you have to give fuel to the body, because if not, we become weak and do not function well .

Anyway, I put an example of something that would be nice, but I assure you if you follow the rules that you put in Dissociated Diet (Part 1 ) is more than enough . You should not go hungry ever.

BREAKFAST : Choose an option:

Coffee with milk + 1 Curd
Coffee with milk + 1 fat yoghurt
Coffee with skimmed milk + 1 Quesito
Black coffee / tea + Serrano Ham
Black coffee / tea + Lacon
Black coffee / tea + Lomo ( sausage )

IMPORTANT : Minimum 2 hours until mid-morning snack

Mid Morning : Choose an option:

2 Pieces of Fruit
Coffee with skimmed milk + 1 Quesito
Black coffee / Infusion + Serrano Ham
Black coffee / Infusion + Lacon
Black coffee / Infusion + Lomo ( sausage )

IMPORTANT : Minimum 2 hours until lunch

FOOD: Choose an option:

Meat + Vegetables / Salad
Fish / Seafood + Vegetables / Salad
Eggs + Vegetables / Salad
Potatoes + Vegetables / Salad
Pasta + Vegetables / Salad
Rice + Vegetables / Salad
Legume + Vegetables / Salad

IMPORTANT : Minimum 2 hours until snack

SNACKS: Choose an option:

2 Pieces of Fruit
Coffee with milk
infusion
yogurt

IMPORTANT : Minimum 2 hours until dinner

DINNER : Choose an option:

Fish / Seafood + Vegetables / Salad
Eggs + Vegetables / Salad
Fruit, which is like ( I do not personally recommend the fruit for dinner , many people get fat when taken at night given the amount of sugar it contains )
