Dissociated diet (Part 1 )
Many of you have asked me to put low calorie recipes on the blog, and I promise that I'll remember , but I thought the best thing I can do is explain the diet that has worked for me best of all I've tried.
I want to make clear that I am not a doctor , nor a nutritionist or dietitian ... so just want to limit myself to explain to a diet that has worked for me and I am not responsible for any consequences that might have followed this diet on the health of any person who should have medical supervision due to many problems such as be hypothyroidism , hypertension , hyperglycemia , etc. .
For over a year I still dissociated diet , but I want to say one thing: if we make 5 meals each day , add 35 meals a week , if you give yourself free of them ... absolutely nothing happens ! So in this " free meal " can enjoy any of the recipes from the blog !
I mean, the dissociated diet has no mystery , is based on optimizing the digestion not mixing different types of food. Each food group requires, among other things, a different pH in the stomach for proper digestion. If we eat food groups are digested equally, improve digestion and , surprisingly , help weight loss .
Clearly, not only is that, there are a number of rules to follow which I explain below. Surfing the net you will find plenty of explanations on this diet , I will explain what has worked for me , but you must keep in mind that work, do sports every day and I'm not a person at all sedentary ...
BASIC RULES
1. Do not eat meat protein and carbohydrates after 19:00 .
Two . Respect completely digests ( 3 hours minimum)
Three . Do not take milk after lunch , only bio yoghurts , coffee or tea . The bio yogurt is compatible with all , at all times.
April . No soft drinks or juices while eating or digestion process. Drink water or wine ( no needle ) .
May . If you want ice cream , take a single class without mixing flavors cookie .
June . The wines for meals will be normal, but not incompatible foods eaten . That is, if for example there is paella , you can eat rice and vegetables (although have been cooked in a broth with meat ) , but will not eat meat .
July . The meal of vegetables , sold in health food stores , can be used with any stock, and is compatible with everything.
August . Spices , in moderate amounts , are compatible with all , at all times.
9. Do not consume alcohol.10 . Do not eat beans , peas , beets , corn and sugar.
Then I put a list of food groups and then I will show how to use : FOOD GROUPS
1 Fruits Acid : Citrus , orange, lemon , tangerine , grapefruit, lime . Tomato .
Two semi-acid fruits : apricot , cherry , strawberry , fig, kiwi , peach , pineapple , watermelon , grapes. Apple and pear .
3 Sweet fruits : plum , raisin, dates, dried figs , dried apricots, grapes, happens.
April Oilfruits : Oil , olive, avocado, almond , coconut , peanut butter , walnut , pine , pistachio , sesame .
5 Cereals , rice, wheat and dairy products ( flour, flakes , pasta ), maize and derivatives (tapioca , gofio canary, popcorn ) . Bread ( of any kind) .
Legumes and geminados 6 : Chickpea , pea , bean , beans , lentils , soybeans . Peanut . Alfalfa sprouts and others.
7 Vegetables : artichoke , eggplant , squash, zucchini , sweet bean , turnip , cucumber , peppers, leeks, radishes , beets, carrots .
8 starchy : Sweet potato , chestnut , potato , banana, cooked carrot .
9 vegetables and algae : chard , celery , watercress , broccoli , cabbage , cauliflower , endive , escarole , asparagus , spinach , lettuce. Mushrooms and fungi . Agaragar , mori .
10 Including Garlic and onions garlic and onions tender.
11 eggs ( chicken , duck, etc ... )
12 Milk (whole , semi-skimmed or skimmed . )
13 Butter ( Prescindid of margarine . )
14 Cheese: All kinds of cheeses, even so-called " scheme" .
15 Meat and Fish : Meat, fish and seafood. In nature , sausages , preserves and pickles.
COMPATIBILITY CHART
Then you have the food Compatibility Chart that is used as follows :
1. You seek what group the first food you want to eat and apuntáis their number.
Two . You seek what group you want to eat food second and apuntáis their number.
Three . You cross the numbers in the table and will obtain different results : If you exit Yes , they are compatible , if it goes NO, are incompatible, and if it goes M , all you can eat if you have arrived at a stage of weight maintenance.
If you want to eat more than two meals have to look at all compatible with all .
This diet is not such lightning and therefore has not known yo-yo effect . The extra pounds are lost slowly but surely. Do not expect immediate effects , is a long-term diet , arguably even more than a diet , it is a healthier way of eating .
