Many of you have asked me to put low calorie recipes on the blog, and I promise that I'll remember , but I thought the best thing I can do is explain the diet that has worked for me best of all I've tried.

I want to make clear that I am not a doctor , nor a nutritionist or dietitian ... so just want to limit myself to explain to a diet that has worked for me and I am not responsible for any consequences that might have followed this diet on the health of any person who should have medical supervision due to many problems such as be hypothyroidism , hypertension , hyperglycemia , etc. .


For over a year I still dissociated diet , but I want to say one thing: if we make 5 meals each day , add 35 meals a week , if you give yourself free of them ... absolutely nothing happens ! So in this " free meal " can enjoy any of the recipes from the blog !


I mean, the dissociated diet has no mystery , is based on optimizing the digestion not mixing different types of food. Each food group requires, among other things, a different pH in the stomach for proper digestion. BASIC RULES

• Tea , coffee and mate tea with sweetener
• 2 slices of cooked ham
Mid-afternoon:
• 2 crackers
• a few pieces of chicken and pickles to accompany
Dinner:

• 2 slices of lean meat in the oven
• 1 carrot salad seasoned with lemon and salt with low sodium

Wednesday

• 2 cookies bran

• 1 egg hard
Lunch:
• 2 cups defatted home
• 50 grams of cheese hot porsalut (prepared as a provolone with oregano )
• one palm and tomato salad
• 1 orange or 1 apple
Snack:
• 1 infusion with sweetener ( can drink several cups )

Mid-afternoon:
• 2 slices of tenderloin or lean pastrami
Dinner:
• 2 cups large homemade vegetable broth
